Terms of the analysis

These terms apply when you pay €20 for an analysis of your website by AdCow (publisher: see the legal notice). Our services are for businesses only.

1. What you pay

€20, online, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is handled by Stripe.

2. What we do for the €20

• After payment we write to you within one working day and explain how to invite us as a user of your website and, if you have them, your statistics. You never give us a password.
• Within 3 working days of receiving access, we analyse your website from the inside, without changing anything.
• We send you a written report and a detailed commercial proposal.

3. What the proposal covers

• AI: declared page language, information for machines (address, prices, reviews), robots.txt and llms.txt files, text robots can read.
• Visitors: speed and display on phones, book, call or WhatsApp button, working statistics.
• Legal: cookie banner with “Refuse”, legal notice, privacy policy, consumer mediator.

Turnkey price: €299 excl. VAT, delivered within 5 working days of your go-ahead. The €20 already paid is deducted: €279 remains. Legal compliance only: €150 excl. VAT, €130 remains.

4. You stay free

The proposal does not bind you. If you do not go ahead, or change your mind at any time, we refund the €20 at your first request to contact@adcow.eu, within 14 days, to the payment method used. Without access to your website we cannot analyse it from the inside; you may then ask for the refund.

5. Access and data

During the analysis we change nothing. You can remove our access at any time; please do so no later than 7 days after delivery. Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

6. Liability

The analysis and proposal are recommendations. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us.
